He can primarily attack through is powerful fists and is able to brutally dismember opponents. Players control Matteo as he breaks free from the arena fights and takes on the Merchants of Brooklyn that had him mutilated. That way he is able to stay in contact with Matteo and passes on his intelligence. A mysterious scientist replaces it with a biomechanical arm, and injects it with his DNA. Matteo Savio becomes one of the stars, until he is defeated by a new opponent and has his arm ripped off. Soon however, a criminal organization known as Merchants of Brooklyn have the Neanderthals fight in arenas for entertainment. As the citizens do not want to work there, scientists clone Neanderthals as a new working class, because of their physical strength. The lower levels still exist however and are no longer controlled by law enforcement. The only solution is to build a higher city, on top of the existing one, where the buildings are connected through sky bridges. Global warming has caused the sea level to rise and the city of Brooklyn has been flooded.
